Hola Mara AI (HOLAMARA.AI) is a product of PLMKS / P&L Marketing Solutions (United States), based in Chatsworth, California 91311, United States, that explains and implements artificial intelligence for businesses in Peru. The operator's exact registered legal name is still being confirmed and may be updated on this page.

Mara is a fictional host created with artificial intelligence. She is not a real person and does not represent a real client, employee, or testimonial.

You may browse, read, and share the site's content for personal or informational purposes, as long as you don't alter the content, resell it, or pose as Hola Mara AI or Mara.

Automated use of the site (bulk scraping, bots) beyond normal search-engine indexing is not permitted, nor is any attempt to compromise the security of the site or its forms.

The conversations, scenes, and examples on the site are simulated (“Simulated examples”): they're prepared to show how artificial intelligence could help, and they do not correspond to real clients, cases, or outcomes. They are not connected to real client systems.

The site does not publish prices, client counts, savings percentages, testimonials, or outcome guarantees. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise of a specific result for your business.

If you sign up for the Hola Mara AI list, the information you submit is processed through the PLMKS Hub (hub.plmks.com), the platform that manages Hola Mara AI's business contacts. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes or used to train AI models.

While the form is in its learning-only state, no registration information is collected; the site simply points you to the example cases. Once the interest form is active, we collect your email (required) and, if you fill them in, your name, company, and message (optional), along with your consent and minimal technical fields (language, form source); the form itself does not add your IP address to that data. Separately, browsing the site is subject to the PLMKS first-party analytics described in the privacy notice, which records the pages visited, clicks on the main buttons, approximate location (estimated from the IP address, which is kept with the visit record), and browser details.

The text, design, the “Hola Mara AI” / “HOLAMARA.AI” brand, and Mara's imagery are owned by PLMKS / P&L Marketing Solutions or used with its authorization. Reproducing, modifying, or using them to train other systems without prior written permission is not allowed.

The site's content is provided “as is”, for informational and educational purposes. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that its information is always current.

This version of the site is a phase-0 release: an informational marketing site with an interest list. It is not a contracted service platform, does not include a service-level agreement (SLA), and does not offer a refund policy beyond this informational interest list.

An actual AI implementation for your business is agreed separately, with its own scope and terms. These Terms do not constitute a commercial proposal or a services contract.

We may update these Terms when site features or applicable regulations change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, unless this is updated later.
