This site uses PLMKS first-party analytics, run on the PLMKS Hub (hub.plmks.com), with no advertising trackers. It records the pages visited, clicks on the main buttons (for example, downloading the guide), the page and channel a visit comes from, approximate location (country and city) estimated from the IP address, and browser and device details such as browser type, language and screen width. The IP address is kept with the visit record and, to estimate location, is looked up with an external geolocation service.

This information is used only to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve its content. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own advertising. The measurement uses no cookies: it relies on a temporary identifier that is deleted when the browser tab is closed.

In addition, the servers that deliver the site log technical data needed to respond to requests, such as the IP address, browser and requested page or file. These logs are also used to count downloads of the free guide.
